Turkey is ready to study Russia’s proposal on the production of S-300VM anti-ballistic missile defense systems, Russia’s NTV channel reported with reference to diplomatic sources. This information came almost a year after Ankara cancelled a preliminary deal with China to purchase Chinese-made FD-2000 amid concerns from its NATO partners.
