The Bangladesh Navy on Monday (14-11-2016) received two Chinese submarines during a ceremony held at Liao Nan Shipyard in Liaoning province’s Dalian city. Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Nizamuddin Ahmed received the submarines. On behalf of Chinese government, Rear Admiral Liu Zizhu said that PLA Navy and Bangladesh Navy are trusted partners and the
submarines transfer will strengthen and deepen the friendship between the two countries.
