Raytheon to upgrade Taiwan’s early warning radar centers




The U.S. Department of
Defense announced in Release No: CR-227-16 on Nov. 28 that Raytheon has been awarded a $26 million contract for the Taiwan Early Warning Radar Surveillance Radar Program Missile Warning Center.

Raytheon will upgrade missile warning centers to address obsolescence concerns. The work will be completed by May 28, 2018.
