Russia`s Vice Premier Dmitry Rogozin has participated in the official ceremony of the new Project 21631 'Grad' small missile ship (corvette) laying down at the Zelenodolsk Shipyard named after M. Gorky. Construction of the Project 21631 corvette commenced in 2010. The Zelenodolsk Shipyard won the related competition,
in which nine enterprises took part.
