Usage of the "Luang Panyi" tugboat is the basic for the supply, and improvement of the system. As components to meet the needs of the current battle. In order to have the capacity to support large vessels and the submarine of the fleet. In/out of sea oil stagnation, firefighting and other mission support as requested

The ability to pull/push a large ship of the fleet including the Chakri Naruebet and the Navy's submarine fleet and can move to the side.
