US oks a $70 mn FMS from Egypt for AN/MPQ-64F1 Improved Sentinel radar systems

The United States State Department has approved a possible Foreign Military Sale to Egypt for Sentinel AN/MPQ-64F1 Radars and related equipment, training, and support for an estimated cost of $70 million, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) announced on Sept. 19.
