The maiden flight of the Yak-152 initial training aircraft took place at the airfield of Irkutsk Aviation Plant, the affiliate of Irkut Corporation (a United Aircraft Corporation subsidiary) on September 29, 2016. The Yak-152 aircraft has been developed by the Yakovlev Design Bureau, the affiliate of Irkut Corporation.
