Bulgaria finally purchases MiG-29 engines from Russia

The Bulgarian defense ministry will buy ten RD-33 engines for MiG-29 aircraft for 21 million euro, the press service of the ministry said. Four engines will be new ones with extended life cycle and six will be supplied after maintenance, it said.
