FSB-POND to design facilities for the next Air Force One aircraft

The FSB-POND Joint Venture was awarded a contract by Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington for architectural and engineering services for the Presidential Aircraft Recapitalization (PAR) Complex, the JV announced on Monday Dec. 5, 2016.
