Problems with building the Kalashnikov AK-103 assault rifle manufacturing plant have been resolved, and the plant will be put into operation in 2019, Russian Vice-Premier Dmitry Rogozin told journalists in the wake of a session of the Russian-Venezuelan High-Level Commission.
