The Rubtsovsk Affiliate of Russia’s Uralvagonzavod Corporation has fulfilled the 2016 Russian defense order ahead of schedule with the delivery of PRP-4A and BMP-2 IFV., the enterprise’s press office said.The PRP-4A is used to perform reconnaissance and observation missions for artillery units.
