PLAN commissions new Kaiyangxing Type 815A electronic reconnaissance ship

The People's Liberation Army Navy has commissioned a new electronic reconnaissance ship, a PLA Navy media outlet reported on Wednesday Jan. 11, 2017 in a rare move that also made public the composition of the nation's electronic intelligence fleet.
