What's my take on the entire thing .... the joke is on the news media. Instead of asking the hard questions .... tax returns, conflict of interests, his policy objectives and how he will implement them, the people he will surround himself with if he should become President, his war policy, etc. .... the media focused on Donald Trump as being a joke, irrelevant, or worse. They doubled down when he won the Republican nomination .... continuing the narrative that he could not be elected .... and that Hillary Clinton was going to win in a landslide. Even convincing Hillary Clinton and her staff that they were easily going to win .... hence explaining why she did not even bother to campaign in states like Wisconsin. If the media focused on the news .... instead of pursuing their own agenda and biases .... there is a part of me that does wonder if Donald Trump would be the U.S. President tomorrow. But .... when it comes down to it .... this is all moot. He will be the 45th President of the United States tomorrow .... and the next 4 years are going to be a tumultuous time .... for better or for worse. As for the media .... their fake news, fake polls, and fake commentary .... what little trust I had for them is now gone.
