The Nevskoye Design Bureau has come up with an engineering design for the medium repair and upgrade of the Project 11435 (NATO reporting name: Kuznetsov) Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier, Nevskoye’s Director General Sergei Vlasov has told TASS.
