Iran unveiled a new homegrown helicopter dubbed “Saba-248” which has been fully designed and manufactured by domestic experts at the Iranian Defense Ministry, Tasnim News announced on March 7, 2017. The helicopter was unveiled during a ceremony in Tehran on Tuesday attended by Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan and Vice-President for Science and Technology Affairs Sorena Sattari.
