The Russian Defense Ministry plans to develop relations with Chinese counterparts on all guidelines, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said at a meeting with Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of China Colonel-General Zhang Youxia. Shoigu noted that all-round development of strategic interaction with China is a priority of the Russian foreign policy. He recalled that last year the 15th anniversary of the Treaty on good neighborly relations, friendship and cooperation was solemnly celebrated. Read more
