Thousands of people have taken to the streets of Tehran to protest at the US decision to back out of the nuclear deal.
Hordes of enraged demonstrators could be seen pouring petrol on US flags and burning them as the protests became increasingly vitriolic in the Iranian capital.
The mass protests began as Iran denied firing rockets at Israel on Thursday - claiming the allegations were invented by Israeli politicians to justify attacks on Syria.
