South Korea has developed an advanced infrared missile countermeasure that can better protect aircraft from attacks, the government said Sunday. The country's Defense Acquisition Programs Administration (DAPA) said it teamed up with local defense contractor Hanwha Systems to build the directional infrared countermeasure (DIRCM). Read more
