Gallium Nitride (GaN) inserted into US Army TPQ 53 counterfire radar

The U.S. Army awarded Lockheed Martin a contract modification to insert Gallium Nitride (GaN) into the TPQ-53 (also known as the Q-53) radar as part of the full rate production configuration.
