Speaking to reporters on Saturday as he was leaving the White House to attend the Army-Navy football game in Philadelphia, Trump confirmed that Kelly is leaving before the start of the next legislative session, when a pack of Democrats eager to investigate the president and his associates will rule the roost in the House of Representatives.
