Russia has begun delivery of multirole Su-30SM fighter jets to Belarus under its contractual obligations, a source at the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation told TASS on the sidelines of the 9th International Exhibition of Arms and Military Machinery (MILEX-2019).
