New York Post: Coronavirus cases growing outside China, but slowing inside country

Countries outside China are now reporting more than 18 times the number of daily coronavirus cases than within the nation where the deadly bug originated, new statistics show.

China reported 120 new cases on Wednesday — the lowest number since nationwide daily updates began Jan. 21, World Health Organization figures show. Thirty-eight new deaths were reported there that day, according to the records.

Outside of China, 2,103 new coronavirus cases were reported Wednesday — with four new countries reporting infections, the stats show. Forty-eight new deaths were reported.
