The 131st ("Yellow Bird") Squadron of Israeli Air Force (IAF) is wrapping up the avionic enhancement process for its "Karnaf" (Hercules C-130HI), which began several years ago. The upgraded transport planes are not the same as they were in the past, the squadron says.
