The Infauna is a Russian-made electronic warfare system used as a radio communication jammer. The vehicle is based on a modified chassis of the BTR-80 wheeled armored personnel carrier named K1Sh1 (GAZ-59039). The development of the Infauna began in 2005 and was completed in 2009.
