According to information published by the Taiwanese MoD on June 28, 2023, two Russian warships were spotted near the Taiwanese ZEE. We believe that the two ships the Taiwanese describe as frigates are in fact Udaloy-class destroyers, Admiral Vinogradov and Admiral Tributs.
