On February 19, 2025, the Spanish company EM&E Group, also known as Escribano, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NIMR, a manufacturer of 6x6 armored vehicles based in the United Arab Emirates. The agreement, signed during IDEX 2025, is focused on the transfer of knowledge and expertise to support the production of the Jais 6x6 mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicles in Spain.
