According to information published by Oshkosh Defense on June 25, 2025, Oshkosh Defense Europe B.V., in partnership with Oshkosh Defense, LLC, has finalized a major procurement contract with the Netherlands Ministry of Defense for 150 Dutch Expeditionary Patrol Vehicles (DXPV), designated “Kaaiman”, based on the U.S. Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV).
