Greece is expected to sign agreements with Israel worth about €3 billion ($3.5 billion) for a new multi-layer air and missile defense architecture built around Israeli systems including David’s Sling, BARAK MX and SPYDER, according to two security sources cited by Reuters on August 31, 2026.
